Gordon Mackerracher, a retired janitor from West Lothian, has kept his UFO sighting secret for 50 years.

At 17, he saw a silent, brown conical craft in the sky while walking home one autumn night.

Despite reporting it to air traffic control at Edinburgh Airport, nothing was detected on their radar.

Initially, Gordon only shared his experience with his wife, but he's now publicly recounting the event.
